We make every effort to accurately display the colors, images, and details of our products. However, because each candle is handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and scent intensity are normal and part of the artisan process. These variations are not considered defects.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping

• Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days.
• Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method selected.
• Sandy Candles is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product arrived damaged or defective (contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos).
• The wrong product was shipped (contact us within 7 days of delivery).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Candle Safety

By purchasing our candles, you acknowledge and agree to follow standard candle safety practices:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep candles away from flammable materials, children, and pets.
• Trim wicks to 1/4 inch before each use.
• Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Sandy Candles is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use of our products.
